In a dramatic bidding war the value of the wine climbed until 143,33 € per 750 ml bottle and realized the second fantastic world record for fine wine prices in this fine wine auction.

More then 209 wine lots were sold, the volume of bottles, without mixed lots and listed at The Wine Network, was 706 wine bottles. The listed price volume was 118.334,28 €, again without mixed lots, the average wine bottle price was 167,61 €.

The largest share of the trade amount in this wine auction, got wine bottles from the wine region Bordeaux.

The Top Wine Region Bordeaux provided 334 bottles or converted 47,31 % from all wines on that dealing day. The winery Cantemerle from Bordeaux found the greatest demand from the wine collectors . 5,95 % or 42 wine bottles of total offers, were auctioned from this winery and thus, it was set in first place in popularity among wine lovers. The most popular single wine was the Clauzet . With a total of 5,95 % or 42 bottles, it was set in first place in popularity among wine lovers.

The most popular vintage at this long trading day was the 2016 vintage with 90 bottles. With more than 12,75 % of the total, the vintage got the first position. The 750 ml size achieved the first place in sizes, with 89,24 % or 630 wine bottles in this auction. Units of 12, were traded most.

Third place in wineries, with 32 wine bottles was Cos d'Estournel, third place for single wines, with a total amount of twelve bottles was the 2012 Vieux Certan. The third place in wine regions was awarded to Toscana with 62 or 8,78 % of the total trading volume.

In the vintage ranking the 2012 took the third place with an amount of 55 disposed wine bottles. The single wine with the third highest wine value, was a Salon Le Mesnil Blanc des Blancs, 1983 vintage, with a value of 1.881,00 € for a single 1.500 ml bottle. One of the least expensive wines was ranked third in the "more affordable wine price category".

One wine bottle Petrus vintage 1993 in a 3.000 ml wine bottle changed hands for 6.719,00 € per unit. Thereby this wine, coming from the wine region of Bordeaux, achieved the highest price in the wine auction .

One wine bottle Domaine de la Romanee Conti La Tache Vintage 1994 in a 750 ml wine bottle changed hands for 2.822,00 € per unit.

Third rank to the topic wine prices is the Salon Le Mesnil Blanc des Blancs from the vintage 1983. This wine got a value of 1.881,00 € for the 1.500 ml bottle.
