Monday 2021-01-11 trading day at Zachys Wine Auction Online, six wine bottles of Tenuta San Guido – Sassicaia vintage 2011 in a bottle size 750 ml, were sold off for 205,54 €.

In a dramatic bidding war the fine wine price climbed until 205,54 € per 750 ml bottle and reached a new wine maximum price.

Since the last wine price on the 2020-12-29 at WineBid Wine Auctions which optained a fine wine price of 167,22 €, the instantaneous price increase is 38,32 € or +22,92 %.

The organisers of the Zachys Wine Auction Online wine auction have hailed growing demand for high-end wines from all over the world, as this month event achieved record prices.

Most wanted was the 2005th vintage with a total of 221 bottles or 7,13 %

The vintage 2003 set the second most trading points. 183 bottles from this vintage went to a new owner.

The vintage 2000 reached the third most tradingpoints. 181 bottles from this vintage were sold.

The most expensive wine in this trade came from Burgundy.

One wine bottle Domaine de la Romanee Conti – Romanee Conti vintage 1969 in a 750 ml wine bottle got a new owner for 5.755,16 €.

The second place in the topic of wine maximum prices, comes from Bordeaux.

One wine bottle Lafleur Vintage 1988 in a 6.000 ml bottle got an new owner for 2.795,36 € per bottle.

Third rank in wine price value achieved a Petrus from the vintage 1990 with a wine value of 2.795,36 € for a 750 ml bottle.
