One bottle of 2007 Abreu – Cabernet Sauvignon Madrona Ranch in a container size 750 ml, got a new wine lover for 380,73 €. In a dramatic bidding war the value rose until 380,73 € per 750 ml wine bottle and realized this fantastic world record for fine wine prices.
Since the last wine price on the 2021-01-27 at KL-Wines Wine Auctions in which a wine price of 293,88 € was reached, the current performance is at +29,55 % or 86,85 €.
KL-Wines Wine Auctions could still report more wine price records.
One bottle 1983 Pichon Longueville Lalande were auctioned and achieved a wine price record of 275,62 € per 750 ml bottle. Thus the Pichon Longueville Lalande gained a performance of +89,26 % or 129,99 €.
1984 Diamond Creek – Cabernet Sauvignon Volcanic Hill in a 750 ml wine bottle, came up with a price of 223,47 € and was able to set a wine price record. This corresponds to a total performance of 21,81 € or +10,82 %.
2008 Chave Jean Louis – Hermitage in a 750 ml bottle, came up with a wine value of 237,27 € and set a all time high price. This corresponds to a total appreciation of 43,89 € or +22,70 %.
The largest share of the trade amount in this auction, got wineries from the wine region US-California.
US-California supplied 1.071 bottles or converted 63,71 % from all offers in this auction. The winery Ridge Vineyard from US-California was the most wanted. 3,99 % or 67 bottles of the complete range, were auctioned from this winery and thus, it was set in first place in popularity among wine lovers.
The Bordeaux appellation was represented with 206 bottles or, in other words, with 12.25% of the total volume.
The third place in wine regions was awarded to Burgundy with 114 or 6,78 % of the total dealing volume.
The most expensive wine in this wine auction came from Burgundy.
One wine bottle Domaine de la Romanee Conti – La Tache vintage 1997 in a 750 ml wine bottle got a new owner for 2.776,86 €.
The single wine with the third highest fine wine price, was a Screaming Eagle – Cabernet Sauvignon, 2010 vintage, with a value of 2.607,18 € for a single 750 ml bottle.
The most wanted vintage in this wine auction was the 2016th with a total of 171 bottles or 10,17 % and thus he got the first place. In the 750 ml bottle size 91,91 % or 1.545 units were traded.
The vintage 2015 set the second most trading points. 147 wine bottles from this vintage were traded.
The trading volume two set the second most trading volume . The bottle size 1.500 ml was 80 times traded in wine bottles.
